AllBridge may target debt and equity investment opportunities in transactions providing attractive returns on a risk-adjusted basis. These investment opportunities may be in the form of senior mortgages, mezzanine financing, B-notes, preferred equity and or limited partnership equity. AllBridge also invests in and buys individual tranches of mortgage debt sold in the capital markets. Our investment approach is to leverage our collective business acumen in an effort to achieve the ideal structure for each transaction. We then assess the business plan and the risk before underwriting and closing the investment. We constantly align our interests to better manage our capital and the various market opportunities. |
