AllBridge targets debt and equity investment opportunities in transactions with a total project cost of up to $80 million. These investment opportunities may be up to 90% of the total capital required for a particular transaction in the form of senior mortgages, mezzanine financing, B-notes, preferred equity and limited partnership equity. AllBridge also invests in and buys individual tranches of mortgage debt sold in the capital markets. Our investment approach is to leverage our collective business acumen in an effort to achieve the ideal structure for each transaction. We then assess the business plan and the risk before underwriting and closing the investment. We constantly align our interests to better manage our capital and the various market opportunities. |

AllBridge professionals have significant experience in both the issuing/underwriting of securitized transactions as well as ownership of a wide variety of property types across the U.S. These complementary skill sets allow AllBridge to have access to significant collateralized mortgange backed securities (CMBS) deal flow, while also possessing the analytical skills to efficiently underwrite the physical real estate, sponsorship and market quality of the underlying collateral. |
